Our Story

EpNex 橋翼 is the meeting point of episteme, the pursuit and sharing of knowledge, and nexus, a central point of connection. The Chinese name 橋翼 means "bridge wings": what we hope to give the people and organizations we work with.

EpNex was founded on a simple idea: that the most important work in education, culture, and institutional change happens at the intersections between disciplines, between generations, between places. Based in Taiwan with networks across the US, Asia-Pacific, and beyond, we design and deliver programs with rigor on one side and cultural fluency on the other.

We're committed to driving positive change by creating the connections that make knowledge transformative, and helping organizations pursue their missions with rigor, imagination, and care.

Meet the Founder

Melody Su, Founder

Melody founded EpNex to bring together two things she'd spent her career bridging: education that actually works, and the cross-cultural networks that make it travel.

Her doctoral research focused on AI integration in small and mid-sized education organizations, and produced the proprietary framework, including the five Organizational Personas, that now anchors EpNex's advisory practice. Before EpNex, she led program direction at a global social impact organization, scaling experiential learning across 100+ countries, and held roles in edtech, college consulting, and academic advising across Singapore, Beijing, and Los Angeles.

She built EpNex because she kept seeing the same gap: education organizations navigating big transitions (AI, globalization, generational change) without partners who understood both the research and the realities of the room.
